About Bellemoon

Bellemoon is run by me - Tracey Stedman & is named after my youngest daughter 'Isabelle'. Right from when she was born she was always fondly nick-named 'Bellemoon' & everyone commented how lovely it was.

I have always collected vintage treasures so when my children flew the nest I retired from teaching & started selling at fairs & markets. As is tradition in Wales, when my Grandmother passed away she left me all her wonderful Welsh blankets & quilts. Although the textiles of my childhood memories will never be parted with, this added another dimension to my vintage hunting.

I quickly became obsessed with the Welsh Woollen industry & the history of the traditional blanket designs. I now specialise in these & sell them (along with lots of other pretty finds) at a physical shop in the lovely Abergavenny Market Hall, South Wales NP7 5EH. The shop is open Tuesday, Wednesday,  Friday & Saturday 9 til 4
